How to order and shipping rates

ORDER:
Create an account by clicking on the "my account" link on the upper right of this page or make a quick order as guest . Skip through our pages by category or use the search field to pick the items of your choice
PAYMENT:
The best and fastest way is to choose the "paypal" option when checking out. If you don't have a paypal account you can still choose this option and create one or pay with your "creditcard". If you chose "bank transfer" you will get an automatic email (so make sure your email-adress works) with the total price including shipping costs and the bank information. note: Customers outside europe and from the UK can only pay by paypal or thru the creditcard option
SHIPPING:
After we have received your payment your order will be shipped out. We will use the shipping adress from the order in our webshop (We don't use your paypal shipping adress). Our webshop sends an automatic confirmation email when the order ships, also check your spambox.
SHIPPING RATES:
The postage for your order and region will be automatically calculated in our webshop before you check-out. Scroll down to check out our complete shipping rates and point system.
TRACKING:
If you chose registered shipping you will get an automatic email with the tracking info as soon as the courier has picked up your parcel at our warehouse, also check your spambox. Orders below 2 kilogram are shipped with DEUTSCHE POST, once the order arrives in your country the package can also be tracked at your national post site with the same barcode. Orders over 2 kilogram are send with POSTNL, those packages can usually only be tracked through the POSTNL link in your email.
PACKING:
We ship all orders double boxed up with the records fixated within the innerbox. We take the vinyl out of the sleeve to prevent damage. If a record is sealed we will not open the seal unless that is requested.
PRE-ORDERS:
Items marked as pre-order will ship as soon as the items arrive, usually a few days before the mentioned pre-order date. We will wait with shipping out your order untill your order is complete
QUESTIONS:
For questions use the contact button on the website, we are available to assist you from monday to friday. On saturday and sunday we are closed.
